ISANG 35-anyos na ginang na madalas pagmalupitan ang kanyang 12-anyos na anak na lalaki sa pamamagitan ng pagkadena sa mga paa nito ang inaresto ng mga elemento ng Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) at Luisiana police sa Sta. Cruz, Laguna.

Halos apat na buwan bago bumagsak sa kamay ng pulisya ang ginang na kinilala ni Laguna PNP provincial director Sr. Supt. Manolito Labador na si Rose Faller, residente ng Bgy. San Buenaventura, Lusiana, Laguna.

Sa bahay mismo ng nakatatanda nitong kapatid na babae sa Bayside, Bgy. Bagumbayan, Sta. Cruz, naaresto ang suspek na nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa RA-7610 (child abuse).

Base sa ulat ni Chief Insp. Celso Palad, hepe ng Lusiana police, kay Labador, nabatid na halos noong buwan ng Enero ng taong kasalukuyan ay may ilang magkakahiwalay na insidente ng pagmamalupit bukod sa mga pahirap ang nararanasan ng biktima.

Ang bata ay itinago sa pangalang Josua.

It reminds me of our neighbor's son in Phils, it was Sunday afternoon when i passed by at  their house and he stopped me to asked some favor for a glass of water, i ask him why not do it by yourself? then he answered "ang higut sa akong  tiil  ate dile kaabot sa kusina" as i walked closer to him, iv seen a small rope tied on his leg just enough for him to walk at their backyard -  while the parents are away for a cockfighting, see how stupid they are, i untied him with no fear and bring him home, imagine the parents come home late so if i not untied the kid then he will be their sitting in the dark for many hours. When they pick up the kid at our house, i tell them pls dont be mad, he is  safe here than outside your backyard. Og mupalag na makatilaw sila og bunal ni Bulak.
