BACOLOD City Vice Mayor Jude Thaddeus Sayson already submitted his memoranda or position paper as required by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) First Division regarding the case he filed against his relative Julius Sayson, to declare him as a nuisance mayoralty candidate.
Crystal Vega, the vice mayor?s lawyer, said they submitted the position paper last week in compliance with the Comelec order for them to submit their memoranda 10 days after the preliminary conference in Manila on October 22.
