ASSOCIATION of Barangay Captains president Mona Dia Jardin will attend a workshop hosted by World Bank on the IPOP project of Bacolod City.
She will avail of a grant of US$600,000 in relation to the closure of the open dumpsite in Barangay Felisa, Bacolod City.
The Workshop on Financial Management and Procurement for Environment Management Bureau Regions and Local Government Units participating in the Activity 2.3 Component 2 of the IPOPs Management Project will be held on November 12-15 in Tanza, Cavite.
