COLONEL Oscar Lactao, commander of the 303rd Brigade, expressed concern on the alleged ?clandestine activities? of barangay officials with the New People's Army (NPA) in some barangays in northern Negros.
Lactao said they have in their possession a video showing a barangay kagawad (village councilman) purportedly taking part in a program conducted by the NPA rebels in one of the barangays in Escalante City.
