BACOLOD City Police Office (BCPO) Director Ricardo De la Paz said Friday that they will welcome possible complaints the family of the overseas Filipino worker who jumped to his death last week at the Bacolod Hall of Justice will file against police officers.
De la Paz said he received information that the family of Hector Villarosa, 54, of Purok Cabugwason, Barangay Mansilingan, claimed that the victim sustained burns on both his hands before he jumped from the third floor of the Hall of Justice, based on the autopsy report conducted by City Medico Legal Ely Cong.
