A mother and her two children were burned to death when a fire gutted their house in Purok 2, Barangay Malalag, here Wednesday morning.

Report reaching the police regional office identified the victims as Lorgenita Dadolo, 30, and her children, Jessamae, 8, and Justine, 6.

Dadolo was the caretaker of the house being rented by Lucy Berger located in Bagumbayan Village, Malalag, Davao del Sur.

The three victims were trapped inside the house when the fire broke out around 4:30 in the morning.

Fire investigators attributed the incident to electrical overload. (PNA)
