USA ka 11-anyos nga babaye ang giingong gilugos sa habal-habal driver kagahapon mga alas 3:00 sa kadlawon sulod sa usa ka lodging house sa Barangay Lapasan ning siyudad sa Cagayan de Oro.

Gisaysay sa biktima nga si Nena (tinuod nga ngalan gipugngan) nga gisakay siya sa motorsiklo sa usa ka habal-habal driver ug gidala sa lodging house.

Gibutyag niini nga gipatungan siya makapila kahigayon sa suspek ug giingong gihinol pa ang iyang pribadong parte.

Human sa pagpanglugos gibiyaan lamang ang biktima gawas sa lodging house hinungdan nga mitug-an kini sa iyang iyaan. Ang iyaan niini maoy nagpatabang kang barangay kagawad Bebot Poquita sa Barangay Lapasan.

Gidala sa Police Station (PS) 3 sa Agora ang biktima aron maimbestigahan sa Womens and Children Protection Desk (WCPD).

Deretsong gisunod sa kapulisan sa PS3 ang insidente ug gisusi ang lodging house nga nahimutang duol sa Lapasan Highway apan walay nakita nga record nga adunay nag-check in sa maong lodging house.

Usa ka boy ang niingon nga positibong nag-check in ang duha apan wala na lamang gi-record tungod kay niingon man ang lalaki nga iyang anak ang 11-anyos.

Matud ni Poquita nga iyang ipatawag sa Barangay ang tigdumala sa lodging house tungod kay kinahanglan gyod nga adunay record sa nag check-in gawas pa nga walay CCTV camera niini.

Gani ang presidente sa mga habal-habal driver sa Lapasan mitabang na nga maila ang suspek pinaagi sa listahan niini sa nagbiyahe nga mga driver niadtong gabhiona.

Sa maong listahan adunay 15 ka mga lalaki nga maoy nibiyahe niadtong gabhiona ug maoy tagsa tagsaon pag-imbestigar. Ipatudlo usab sa mga polis ngadto sa biktima ang maong mga lalaki kung kinsa kanila ang milugos niini.

Gikasakit lamang ni Poquita nga ang mga ginikanan sa biktima dili maoy nangunay sa pagreklamo apan gibutyag niini nga ila kining hingusgan nga mapriso ang suspetsado sa gihimo niini sa 11-anyos nga bata nga magsige pa og hilak niining panahona.

Padayon pa ang imbestigasyon sa PS3 ning panahona samtang gikostudya na sa WCPD ang 11-anyos nga bata kinsa gikatakdang ipaubos sa medical examination. Gipatik sa mantalaang SuperBalita Cagayan de Oro Hunyo 05, 2013.

Aw naa man diay ni iyaan ug nganong gipasagdahan ra pod sa iyaan nga maglatagaw alas tres sa kadlawon..

Children illegally employed or force to work below 18 years old is considered child labor especially working in hazardous occupation. Need na ug special permit sa DOLE para makawork ng bata-a... lack of parental guidance lang na siya mao ng nahitabo kaniya...

dili man cguro kinahanglan og permit sa DOLE if ang trabaho sa bata mangahoy ra intawn sa kalasangan para ibaligya aron makapalit og bugas or manguha og lamaw sa silingan para ipakaon sa alagang baboy.... basin ingon ani iyang trabaho maong nisayo cya og gawas....
