We all make mistakes that we don't want to admit. It happens all the time that even the smallest mistakes seem like terrible disasters just because you have done it. Your subconscious builds guilt up in your mind when things happen in the way you didn't want them to go. You feel guilty not because it's your mistake, but your mind insists that it is your mistake.
