Competing Against YourselfSometimes in life we wish to attain a goal which is rather elusive, and in our pursuit we note that there is no competition, the only competition would be ourselves. In that case we might be competing against time, output, or bettering our previous best efforts. In essence, we are competing against ourselves - but is that really a wise idea, that is to say is it wise to think of it in exactly that way?
