Trees and plants as real property
« on: November 14, 2019, 01:15:57 PM »
Trees, plants and growing crops, while they are attached to the land form an integral part of an immovable.

Trees and plants
- no matter what their size may be are considered real property
●   by nature, if they are the spontaneous products of the soil, and
●   by incorporation, if they were planted through labor.

- The moment they are detached or uprooted from the land, they become personal property,
● except in the case of uprooted timber, if the land is timberland because although no longer attached, the timber still forms an “integral part” of the timberland.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
