Export/Trade is like letting the ocean enter a stagnant lake. It refreshes the lake and improves life.
For now, our only export is manpower, which is just a limited opportunity. Compare our economy now and before where we are still the worlds number one exporter of Copra, Abacca and Rice.
Based on news and publicity, it is obvious that China is eying for oil at the Spratly's. Who knows they are already drilling and extracting our oil by now.
One of my friend here in KSA was once a turtle guard at the spratly's. They are monitoring sea turtle and putting barcode on their backs for inventory. He said that the Spratly's is a very beautiful place and most of the islands have white sand beaches. There is a turtle island, bird island and sealion island. The most interesting island he said is the one that has no vegetation with only white sand everywhere and it is a small 1 kilometer wide island but freshwater is found on the center. Also one of my friend a causin of BlueAngel who owns a fishing vessel were rained by bullets by Chinese troops when they were fishing at the Spratly's.
Let us claim what is ours and improve our economy.
