Over the course of four months before the defeat of the Japanese forces in March 1945, Mr Makino cut open the bodies of ten Filipino prisoners, including two teenage girls. He amputated their limbs, and cut up and removed their healthy livers, kidneys, wombs and still beating hearts for no better reason than to improve his knowledge of anatomy.

I am not surprised. Having read books by A. Chan's works on the Rape of Nanking and the horror reports of the 'Sex Slaves' of Korea and China by the Japanese Army; hearing such incident does not surprise me.

The Japanese also used to practice medical experiments on Chinese people as well as Koreans.

The Japanese were very brutal to the Chinese people. And it hurts me to know it because Chinese blood also flows in my veins.
