PROPERTY, classification:
a. Immovable or real property; and
b. Movable or personal property
Note: According to some authors, the classification given in Article 414 is not complete in that there should be a third classification the – “mixed” or the "semi-immovable". This classification refers to movable property like machines or removable houses or transplantable trees which under certain conditions, may be considered immovable by virtue of their being attached to an immovable for certain specified purposes.
