Section 10. No law granting a title of royalty or nobility shall be enacted.

Article 4 of the Philippine Constitution

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

This law should be abolished. With this law, the sultanate of Sulu's pursuit to claim Sabah is ironic if he himself is powerless inside his own country.

With our growing population and poverty, it is time to re-think Sabah.

The best deal that I could think of is to sell the land at present value to the Malaysians and use the money to pay-off our debt. Of course the process should be handled by the world bank and not by any politician because money is hot.

I think to have the land would just be having a big headache to manage. Our present government set-up is too much on politics and incapable of handling even minor issues such as Alabang Boys.

The above provision provides that NO LAW shall be passed granting titles of royalty or nobility.

This means that titles of royalty or nobility may be had as long as the same was conferred by any other means except by law.

Ergo, since it is the people of Sulu/tradition that grants the title to its Sultan, the foregoing cannot be said to be in contravention of the aforequoted provision of the 1987 Constitution.

Besides, nobody would wanna be king in Pinas.

If we look at the numerous people's power incidents, no monarchy would last.

We would have a dynastic change every decade or so, lol.
