first you saw video  of a call center agent..next is .. the pour out of the agent..

:) i am -. and has been a -ster for 11 months now. i was never able to blog since the 1st day,,im always connected to the internet back at the office.then again,. friendster is equals to memo back there :) i remember when i entered here.. "i might end up blogging about my complains and frustrations of being an agent",, so,here is -.. this will help u decide how work is :)         

hehe..so you be the judge..:)

we almost always go out every month to have fun. to eat. eat. have fun. (that's why some of us gained up till 15lbs)..lol..:) then again our account is the envy of -..  for real. we are so relaxed..queues are not everyday, irate callers can be pacified easily.. food is practically everywhere..a lot of access to various websites..and there is always a warning before the big M. but don't get me wrong.. cause if you're not good, looking forward to the 3 words,, E. O. C. is expected..so its more like, if you're good. you may stay and ENJOYI..


a lot of my officemates did quit nadin., work after all is strenuous.. we are forever in a graveyard shift,, callers sometimes are way too illiterate.. such as;

ok, maam, please turn your camera on = how do i turn it on?

how may i help u? = how do i delete my pictures?

maam wat is the model of your battery? = no noo..mer.mercury added.

sir i need u to do this,do that..blah.. = lady. dont tell me what to do i am a computer technician!!! (wat da freak! why call?!)

i need u to right click the icon = left click? or double click?

and grandslam? u get irate retorts in getting their information and in the end. alright, sir, what is the model of your (brand of cam) = i dont have (brand of cam) lady! my camera is canon and i cant connect it to your software! argghhh!!!

haha.. in this work, PATIENCE IS INDEED A VIRTUE :) but don't get me wrong..  i may have the tone and sarcasm of a very-bitchy-memo-me-i-don't-care-at-all-agent  but i still do answer my calls with a smile and extreme politeness.. hehe.. our QA  might issue me another SFIF again..cause i don't bother to verify names such as lee, karen, randy nor mike.

here in - pay is not high but pay is enough for me to live and to save some. and of course if the company has a basic pay of 18k at your first month of work and gives out cellphones, it is expected that they expect something much more higher from you in return. and that would mean higher pressure, higher demands - extreme stress. come on. it's not only you who gets all the benefit okay? in the first place the main goal of the company is to earn. not to spend..:) that's why i am content with the competitive pay of - and its relaxed demands;)

so there. really. im having fun at this work. i dont even depend on coffee, nicotine and other stuff agents take just to keep em awake..(munang maka piyong sahay..hahaha..kudos to revicon IRA..thrice).. call center agents have no life? maybe in your office, maybe in your account because in mine? pay is nice :) people are way fun to be with :) supervisors are strict but always. always "nasa lugar" ,my extrovert way of life? haha..lets say i do it on mornings..and rest days.. yan..whole day..tho 1-day-millionaire-way of living stopped, i still have my own way of indulging and spoiling myself,,:) so yeah. as of 5/12/08 i can say .. WORK IS STILL FUN..and im being paid at that...
