I notice that there is a lot more online work available now.  Things that could be done here by a student in an internet cafe.  No doubt a serious effort would yield more than the usual salaries found in Bohol.

Just my tip to help out any of you who need it.  Note: I have no interest in promoting that site, just thought it was a good new way to earn money.

I'm sure you also see the huge untapped earning potential.
If I had the ear of Noynoy I'd suggest that he:
a) Encourage the telecoms companies to expand their broadband coverage and drive down prices.  Broadband is about 4x the price here compared to Europe.
b) Run computer literacy training schemes, including practical instructions about how to earn as a freelancer.
c) Set up low cost municipal computer centers where workers can go to get started.

Boom, billions more coming into the Country within a very short period.
