Age 30-40. College graduate, degree in marketing, business or medical sciences, preferably with MBA. At least 2 years experience as head of sales and marketing. Must have a minimum of 10 years combines experience in sales management, product management and new product development in ethical pharmaceutical company. Must be able to interpret financial reports, P & L and lead budget planning. Established ties and relationship with key opinion leaders in anti-infectives, gastroenterology, pulmonology and cardio metabolics. Must have strong bias towards scientific marketing, sales force effectiveness and people development.
