Qualifications & experience
Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent
With at least 3 years of working experience in a billing and collection handling supervisory role
With background in SAP
Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
Possess analytical and problem solving skills
With excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tasks & responsibilities
Leads the team to improve office collections, communicate issues, and implement ideas.
Ensures that the Statement of Account (SOA) per Billing and Collection is tied up with the AR SOA at all times.
Oversees the preparation of statements and bills.
Ensures that the reversal of accruals is done periodically.
Reviews the work of the finance analyst to ensure accuracy, resolving inconsistencies as needed.
Provides support to business units in regard to disputes or inquiries concerning the invoice or billing process.
Closely coordinate with the Operations Team and Finance Team for the alignment of the validation of billings, claims, payouts, and other billing concerns.
Consistently follow up regarding collection.
Prepare a report for management use.
