The
Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID), responsible for the delivery of one of the largest aid program in the Philippines - Australia's Development Cooperation Program, is looking for highly motivated persons to fill the following Overseas-based employee positions:
Program Officer (PO)
The Program Officer (PO) will be responsible for managing the delivery of specific initiatives, and providing technical and administrative support in the oversight of a program portfolio. The PO is expected to contribute to the development, formulation and review of strategies, programs and initiatives of a program portfolio. The PO will work under the direction of, and reports to the Portfolio Manager.
Program Support Officer (PSO)
The Program Support Officer (PSO) will contribute to the efficient, responsive and effective delivery of AusAID’s Philippines Program by providing administrative and logistical support in the management of programs and initiatives. The Human Resource Manager is responsible for allocating the workload assigned by the program teams.

The Positions will be full-time, with ongoing employment contracts and based in the AusAID’s Manila office. The successful candidates are expected to commence as soon as possible. The commencing monthly salaries of Php58,054 for PO and Php39,278 for PSO are negotiable depending upon qualifications and experience, with entitlements to leave, comprehensive health insurance and other conditions.
