Qualifications:
Male or Female
Graduate of Business Management, Financial Management or Accounting Major
Has a skill in Inventory Management, Analytical, Problem-Solving Skills
Time Management and Organizational skills
Cost and Risk Management Skills
Relevant work experience in Property Management, Project Management and Customer Service industry would be an advantage.
Proficiency in PC skills (Microsoft Office tools)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Encoding of supplier delivery invoices in system.
Encoding of Fixed Asset Transfer Memo to centralized monitoring file.
Scanning and transmittal of documents to other departments.
Screening of fixed asset requests and identify which are for purchase requests and for warehouse withdrawal.
Routing of received purchase requests, supplier quotations and asset transfer requests to approval parties.
Monitor delivery of fixed assets and graphics to stores.
Other duties that may be assigned by superior.
