Ive seen one.  it made me really unfortable when isaw the kids at carbon market. this is the story.

uban ko sa akong migp ngadto sa carbon. gikan pa to nag ulan, basa kaayo. galapok ug taman. tinga ta kay gitagaan kog duha kabuok nga sando bag aron diay iputos sa akong sapatos kay lapok gajud ug ajo didto. it was at the back of the market didto dapit sa daghan boats sa lujo, when we stepped down from the car, ( man jud ), i looked around and i saw some busy mothers doing the laudry simultaneously galung ag ug kan on sa iyang right side. nay syay pisi gihukot sa ijang hawak and from there i found a young boy sa tumoy sa pisi. ( aron kwentahay di kalakaw ug layo ang bata ).

i saw some pushcarts or kartion nga nay atop. sa kagamay ato, i could imagine didto sila manuksok ug gabie na aron makapahuway.

we continued scouring the market area to look for what we came for. abot mis sa vegetable area katong murag second floor ba to cya. saw some kids sleeping on top of the cold tiled display ( paraha atong sa wet market area nga tiled ).

i thought of something nga swerte siguro ko kay nakatilaw ko ug murag lami lami kinabuhi sa bata pa.  what im really thingking is ang mga bata, asa kuha ug tubig para imnon, unsaon pag skwela, mahatagan ba ug sakto nga edukasyon,.?

kato lang mga gamay nga thoguhts that i could live for.  sa akong kaluoy, mitulo ra akong luha. when my friend saw and ask me why i cried,  i told him " abi nako sa sine or komiks ra nay inani."  he said that whatever i saw should be cusing any problem to me. heshrugged his shoulder and went ahead while i continue thinking about the kids.

way koy tumong.

ngek! nakahilak pod ko, renegade! :'(

I used be believe we were so poor that we had to eat nilung-ag na hilaw na saging before mi mag skwela.  And since daghan mi kaajo, hagpat2x jud ang sud-an ug kan-on.  Busan masuko jud si Mommy sa una na di mi magdungan ug kaon kay lisud magsalin sa ubang wa pa kakaon.  Sahay, sak-sakan (sagulan) ug kamote among rice para ma daghan2x but the thing is ganahan mi sa kamote  :D.  Kanunay jud mi ginamos sud-an.  One time, dihay ulod sa ginamos and still Lumine ate it para di sya magutman sa school.  I don't think I ate it kay talawan man jud ko'g ulod. :o  Dayon manginhas mi.  Naa bay kaila dire ug shell na ngalan laway-laway?  Kana bitaw nag pilit sa kahoy diha sa hunasan?  kana, pagkalami jud ana na shell. tibtiban dayon gataan.  Anyway, kana among sud-an but enjoy man kaayo to oi!  Kon walang-wala jud mi bugas, mag baklay mi padulong sa Taloto para mangayo'g bugas.  Sahay mangutang mi sa tindahan pero mao lagi na, mag mug-ot ang tindira kon makakita namo kay mangutang na pod!   :D

Pagka college na nako as working student in Davao sa relatives sa among father, during weekends mag visit ko sa orphanage of Mother Theresa near Maa.  Didto nakita nako klase-klaseng mga bata na gibiyaan or gibilin sa ilang mga ginikanan.  It broke my heart to see babies barely surviving sa ilang kaniwang and others even didn't survive.  It was then that I realized na bisan sa among kalisud sa bata pa mi, wala mi ipanghatag or ibilin sa orphanage. We were all happy bisan mag away panagsa. :) We are blessed to have parents to guide us bisan gud mahampakan mi sa kabadlungon. :)  And because of these blessings, in every way I can, in what little I have,  I want to give back to people who have nothing much or needy especially the kids and the elderly people.  And even if we think we have nothing to give, we still have something to give.   :)
