behind JPL is the Los angeles national forest where i didnt knew until lately that it was the habitat for the mountain lions...3 weeks after someone just got bitten to death...i never went again...

This was when the gas prices dramatically went up. This was a gas station somewhere in Lincoln Nebraska, na excited kaayo mi amo jud gibalikan kay picturan, kay so far at this time sila ra jud ang kinabaratohan...

Kiams di ka ma pressure nga three times a week ang DRILL sa pool

lupig pay military training namo ana kay palanguyon man mi nga tiil ray gamiton, no arms!

yup! ana among drill sa una, unya padaganon pa jud!

but it was fun kay ang akong mga kauban puro mga fit sad!

naa mi 60 YO woman kauban, OMG pwede pa jud sha!

mao nga na inspire jud ko until now nga while naa pa kuy ginhawa,

i still would bike and swim and run respectively...

naa mi experience ana sa ako bana pero among gigamit nga car ay 1983 Toyota Supra na as-in worn out na jud kaayo. Tigpanglabtik lang ang mga kasagbutan sa car pero oks lang kay garas naman daan.

sa tanan ako lisuran ma captur kana extreme closeup sa gagmay nga subjects.. na dapat superb ang lens ani. else, blurry jud,,
pla shutter speed ani te bell? nag flash kaw? ang ex.compensation?

OT: ate bell, sa SM ni..hehe MYX ang brand,, kang java,
na! ambot lang if kaila kaw ani.. hehehe local brand man..

Sa didto ko nakapuyo sa Quezon City sa una, adto mi sa park (kalimot ko sa name sa park) nga duol bitaw sa naay wild life area nga duol pod sa QC Hall mang-jogging kada Domingo uban kao mga roommates. I miss those times kay bibo jud manggitapok tanan strangers didto of all ages.

Birdie dear, sa gamay pa kong bata, sigi na mi adto sa dagat kada bakasyon ka kuno managbo ug isda, dili baja isda ang tuyo kay gusto lang jud mo languy, in other words wala jud nag tudlo nako ug swimming akoa ra na. then when i participated sa triatlon, didto na ko na hanas mo langoy nga di numero jud! Anyhow, Hapon dear, kanang jogging2x sa Manila sa una, ganahan sad ko anang daghang strangers of all ages and i really, really missed it a lot! Nindot kaayo ang feeling Japs noh?

O, Bayan kong minamahal, nasaan ka naroroon hirang? aw ako diay ang nasaan! shalan!!!

Hehhe numdom ko mosibog ng mga tawo na mataparan namo kay siguro bahong singot ug adlaw. By the way, kanang uban nakong friends nga tigkuyog sa una mag-jogging kay naa dinhi sa Tate bakasyon sila managsuon and I'm very excited to see them again on May 1-3 after 8 years.
