Honest Mackz, i felt like molaktas or mo undang kay tugnaw kaajo! that was in the beginning of the race pero pag abot nako ug 1 mile ning init naman ko mao nga gitiwas nako! hahahhaha

i'm skipping the NYC ING Marathon this year because I didn''t train, but i will try next year.  idid it last year, finished it(the goal) in 7hrs with the wife racung by my me to keep me going.

Ginger, i only finished the race pero di jud ko ka daug sa mga taas ug legs noh?

Mars, I only ran the 5 K that, honestly my strenght is up to 5 miles only as of this time, kay mao ra man na ang lenght sa akong triathlon. I need to train some more. Yeah NY marathon is fun, let me know ug mo apil ka! that is one of my goal to run in big cities marathon sukad pa sa una pero wa koy time mag training, nindot Mars!

thank you..the good part with NYC marathon is that a lot of people walk it and can complete it in 6-9 hrs.  It's a great atmosphere to participate in.. I'm slowly getting back to training to try to got to other state's marathon/half-marathon events..

Hats off !  I wish I could run like you, I could only do some brisk walking, but at my age I won´t dare,  my left knee cap is not fit after a bicycle accident in Guindulman.
