mike, good work on the header. i like it better than the previous layout. it looks more relaxed and blends better with your background color. the feel of the page is more calm and looks clean, it's like a soothing holiday escape

^ Galen,

did you know your namesake is the same as the classical Roman physician scientist who wrote about the physiology of the hand and its pseudo relationship to divine manifestation of the creation of humanity?

I just realized that today....

Hello,

My group and I will be in Bohol from Nov 11-14.  How do we get to Tubag?  Is that the beach in the homepage?  We would love to visit that beach!

Anybody who can help? Pls email me at [email protected].  How to get there from the airport or Tagbilaran City mismo.  Would appreciate if you could include inns or transient houses near that beach where we could stay (we're cost-cutting that's why as much as possible we avoid hotels! hehe...).

Much appreciation if anybody could list down all the scenic and tourist spots we can visit while in Bohol - plus of course how to get to those spots.

Hope anybody could email me back before we leave on the 11th.

Daghan salamat Boholanos!

Bong

the beach at the header is in Dumaluan Beach resort in Panglao Island, further away is the Bohol Beach Club. Both resorts are next to each other. BBC is more expensive. If u are saving expense, check Dumaluan. Dunno the rates but i've heard its cheap. To get to Panglao u have to hire a van/taxi/tryk. Its a short trip but vehicles to that part is on 'pakyaw' basis. there are vehicles for hire outside the airport, u can make deal. Since u are in group, i suggest u acquire a day tour on the spots, cost a thousand or 2 depending on how many are u. Just divide on the fee, it will be cheaper and u wont go through the hassle of commuting. Try Tarsier Travel and Tours, Ground Floor Metro Centre Hotel, CPG Ave., Tagbilaran City tel. 038 411-3629/501-7008, email: [email protected] they also have an office at the airport.

Warning lang daan, bongski, kay ga-cost-cutting man kaha mo.  Hotel rates, including rates of other accommodations, are reportedly more expensive here than in Cebu.  That's a common remark of tourists, domestic and foreign. :)  However, Bohol is worth it. :)

No need to worry, Mikey. :)  Ang room rates ray mahal kay limited man ang tourist accommodations gud diri.  Didto sa Cebu, they're a dime a dozen.  You can still buy your carinderia food at the same old, affordable prices.  Mabusog na ka'g tag-kwarenta. :D
