Private, Verona,  Aug. 9th, 1862,  Common Schools; the right of voting for the  election of their Trustees is restricted to the class for which the Schools are  designed; and they are entitled to share in the School Fund according to the  average attendance of pupils in them, the mean of summer and winter being  taken.
