It was a pleasure meeting the TB catalyst and administrator (Mr. Mike Ligalig) in Cebu ( as he's rendering son-to-parent chores for his father who is admitted at Velez Hospital ).

Dropped by to where they're billeted before noon time coming from my last phase of the business agenda. Upon entering the room, I could felt the warmth of an impromptu reunion to one of the hall of famers in our secondary school ( 20 years my junior ). And what relate me more is the recollection of his father that we're kumpare being the godparents to the son of the former Coast Guard Officer.

It was an hour of remisniscence as they (Mike's papa and mama) knew my mom, sisters and clan. The short meeting ended with words of thanks to the Creator and well wishes for the recovery.

To spend more time with the man behind TB, we've fetched him for a dinner at Laguna Garden Cafe & Resto in Ayala Business Park with my sis Daisy celebrating her birthday.

The place was a perfect ambience for sharing thoughts and revisiting the past (including outlook for TB), what transpired in the recent EB in Bohol and the planned BIG EB.

But what struck me most was the good news conveyed by Mike that he is ever grateful for the outpouring support accorded by TB members even wiothout meeting personally. Such manifestation made us dream bigger for TB. (more....)

Tomorrow morning will be my flight back to Bahrain then Saudi Arabia. Hence, meeting others will be sa BIG EB na.

To materialize the grand, giant EB.. we will start planning now. As said, I will take the lead in organizing this affair mid next year of which the Tour of Bohol Free will be part of the itinerary.

Nakabisita lang gyod ko sa Bohol bisan business trip ang akong purpose, pero dili na kahulat sa kalag-kalag kay tingali ug wala na koy trabaho inig balik kung magdugay dugay pa og balik, hehehehe.

To EB prospective attendees:
would appreciate to hear your preferences on how the EB would be... so tanan malipay and all expectations would be met. please feel free to express your individual needs, desires... for that occasion.

Hello all,
am back now in Saudi. just arrived via Bahrain last night. I believe, Mike's father is due for operation today. ( thought that it is more appropriate to have Mike give us the news about his father's condition ....)

My business trip was successful as mission was accomplished. On the TB EB, we missed you then, it would have been different with you around, puro mi nag-anteyuhos tulo except el mundo. But then I considered it as a meeting of brains kay puro man intellectuals (modesty aside ha). Imagine I was with the Provincial Attorney (Delaguna), with an upcoming lawyer fron HNU (Sigbin) and with a celebrated writer (ElMundo). Misamot unta kon niabot si Melrose, Mari and Fiel Angeli ( the latter was somewhere around in ICM, Fiel is also a writer and a critic ).
How about you? seems we have less interaction this time?

I would have loved to be part of that gathering, Mr. Ayag. Perhaps, in the not too distant future, I would have the honor in meeting and speaking with you face to face, as with other respectable members of Tubag Bohol. I'm glad that everything went according to plan in your endeavor in the Philippines and wish you a progressive and successful week. Looking forward to reading more of your insightful and intellectual, as always, posts.
