For me, when I wake up in the morning go to the bathroom and realize that I have a beard.
Even if I shave it one day, it grows back in 2-3 days time.

If there is such a thing as a 'Fatherly-Clock' then mine must have started to tick. lol.

I was once invited to deliver a keynote address in a National Convention of the National Retired Church Workers and Spouses Assoc. in the Philippine held in Lucena City two years back. Sus, kalooy kaayo ang mga tigulang, uban naka wheel chair, uban giagak na. Pero daghan pa pod sa ilahang baskog pa bisag more than 80 y.o. na. Explain ko nila nga, "The fact that we are still alive, the message is so clear, that we still have to fulfill uncompleted missions endowed to us by God. Retirement is not an affirmation of old age, but a part of life's transition and turning over part of our responsibilities to the next generation in line." I felt more difficulty than inspiring them to live a life with dignity, integrity and self-esteem kasi mga moralist ang audience, mga retired priests, pastors, deacons and deaconess. Buti na lang wa diha si Mother Belen sa Saint Mary Academy. Wow, one could not imagine the good side of her strictness, her being a streneous disciplinarian when one realizes his/achievements in life no matter how small they are! Getting old alive is the greatest achievement in life. There's not much secret about it! Want to know it? Here's my friendly advice, "Don't take seriously pressures you encountered in life, neither avoid them because nobody escapes life alive!"

I remember when Carlos P. Romulo was about to be married with his second wife in the name of Beth Day, a known international journalist.
