THANKS TO GEMMA

i was so occupied with customers as we open Cyberspace when Gemma's brother came in and handed me lovely arrangement of flowers. it was a nice surprise and warmed our hearts. my heartfelt thanks for Gemma Morris' thoughtfulness. say our thanks to Joe and Kyle too. love you girl. miss u. na touch jud ko day as in...grabe ka! gipasmile jud ko nimo bisan kapoy ko. hugs...loads of them

My advise, just keep on doing gimmics para mo sikat (word by mouth advertising). i.e. special rates for bulk market like students, ceiling rates (like if above 3 hours naa nay special rates) or you may have raffles...etc.

thanks Sir Macky. i think Steven has created a bond with our customers esp the gamers kay he speak their language and provides them new stuff. they ask him new games and he gets it the following day. i am also trying give our customers special treatment. kung pakulo lang, we have loads in line. surprises for our users. and we promise no broken computer accessories. we open our communication line. am really praying the cafe will work because we have so many plans for boholano gamers to experience. we hope to bring in some new stuff

By the way dear, maybe you can help me.  Gipa cut off namo among internet connection sa Manga kay swerte na lang naay two days in a week maka access sila unya dapat unlimited na connection to.  When my sisters complained last week kay full gihapon ang bill, ingon sila mag fully-pay sa daw sa bill before complain so gi ingnan sa akong mga manghud na ipa cut off na lang.  Ingon ang mga tsolokoy, dili sila mo cut off if dili i fully-pay ang bayad!  And after makabayad na daw bill ayha pa i contest ang charges!  I can't believe ing-ana pa atong customer services diha.  So my question is, is it better na mag buy na lang sila ug intercard card diha nimo and if so, unsa man ana na card?  Sa imong list of internet cards, Frequency is cheaper but is that good? And if magpa connect na pod sila ug internet, asa man na company ang better?  I don't think naa didto ang Smartbo.  Pls gai ko'g idea dear what to do coz I miss my nightly chat with my sisters unya naa ra ba didto karon akong mga pag umangkon from Davao maayo unta naa silay connection sa balay so I can see them sa webcam.  Thanks, Mari!

About slow connection in Bohol, I don't know if it is illegal to use a satellite dish to connect to the internet. We are using it here in Saudi Arabia for our remote warehouses. What we did is connect our server to the digital satellite receiver and a dish and hook on an internet provider in London. It is much faster than DSL.

I am not sure if that satellite carrying that signal can be intercepted in the Philippines. As I knew, most of our dishes are huge because we are far from the satellite path. But here in KSA, a 1 meter or less dish will do. Let me ask our IT dept. how they did it. It may solve the slow connection in Bohol, but I am not sure if it is legal.

halu graz...mingaw nasad ko nimo og sa uban diri. hibernate sa ko kay nabusy jud ko. nagkuri kuri ko og mga pakulo sa cafe. kanang mga cards nga naa sa amo list of services wala pa mi magstart ron pero nakaregister nami. wala koy idea ana kay kang steve na porte magpabriefing pako ana niya. ang amo provider kay Globelines Broadband. kaluoy sa dios ok na ila service after naayad ang under water line nila by japanese experts. ila sad customer service maau kaau 24 hours naay motubag. we are on 2mb package and its doing well so far. nakawireless router na gani mi kay ila giupgrade without bayad. kung naa sad problema magpadala sila technician. pagsugod namo medyo problematic pato tungod lagi sa ila connection na naguba sa earthquake. pero karon ok naman. you can try their service. naa man sila 999pesos package na 1mb

thanks Mike. we are doing our best to provide a good service to our customers in our own little way with special attention to kids. Steven is injecting some educational aspect of the internet. and to the gamers, we will be bringing them to the next level of gaming soon

By the way dear, maybe you can help me.  Gipa cut off namo among internet connection sa Manga kay swerte na lang naay two days in a week maka access sila unya dapat unlimited na connection to.  When my sisters complained last week kay full gihapon ang bill, ingon sila mag fully-pay sa daw sa bill before complain so gi ingnan sa akong mga manghud na ipa cut off na lang.  Ingon ang mga tsolokoy, dili sila mo cut off if dili i fully-pay ang bayad!  And after makabayad na daw bill ayha pa i contest ang charges!  I can't believe ing-ana pa atong customer services diha.  So my question is, is it better na mag buy na lang sila ug intercard card diha nimo and if so, unsa man ana na card?  Sa imong list of internet cards, Frequency is cheaper but is that good? And if magpa connect na pod sila ug internet, asa man na company ang better?  I don't think naa didto ang Smartbo.  Pls gai ko'g idea dear what to do coz I miss my nightly chat with my sisters unya naa ra ba didto karon akong mga pag umangkon from Davao maayo unta naa silay connection sa balay so I can see them sa webcam.  Thanks, Mari!

halu graz...mingaw nasad ko nimo og sa uban diri. hibernate sa ko kay nabusy jud ko. nagkuri kuri ko og mga pakulo sa cafe. kanang mga cards nga naa sa amo list of services wala pa mi magstart ron pero nakaregister nami. wala koy idea ana kay kang steve na porte magpabriefing pako ana niya. ang amo provider kay Globelines Broadband. kaluoy sa dios ok na ila service after naayad ang under water line nila by japanese experts. ila sad customer service maau kaau 24 hours naay motubag. we are on 2mb package and its doing well so far. nakawireless router na gani mi kay ila giupgrade without bayad. kung naa sad problema magpadala sila technician. pagsugod namo medyo problematic pato tungod lagi sa ila connection na naguba sa earthquake. pero karon ok naman. you can try their service. naa man sila 999pesos package na 1mb

Mari, thanks for the info.  We had cruznet as internet provider.  It was so lousy jud!  Wala pa daw access ang Manga sa Globelines ug Smartbro.  Mura ba jud pirte ka layo oi na duol ra man unta!  Sige akong ipapalit sila ug internet card na gikan sa Globe.  Please let me know naa kay laing ma suggest dear ha?  Salamat kaayo, Mari!  Ako unya ipasuroy akong mga manghud diha sa imong internet cafe.

Pero mo bayad gihapon ka sa service sa satellite. Barato ra man ang "Wild Blue", tag $49.95 per month, unya kung imong i network sa imong silingan, lets say 10 people so tag $5 per month lang mo. Unya 24 hours na imong internet.

Ingon among IT nga naa kuno libre sa Hotbird Sat ug sa Indian satelite man siguro to pero decoded ang signal. Naay daghang wizard dire nga kamao mo crack ug code.

Mag research ko further kay murag maayo ni nag opportunity sa ato, unya maka tabang pa ta nga mo improve ang internet speed sa Bohol.

i was so occupied with customers as we open Cyberspace when Gemma's brother came in and handed me lovely arrangement of flowers. it was a nice surprise and warmed our hearts. my heartfelt thanks for Gemma Morris' thoughtfulness. say our thanks to Joe and Kyle too. love you girl. miss u. na touch jud ko day as in...grabe ka! gipasmile jud ko nimo bisan kapoy ko. hugs...loads of them
