A Filipino poet (born in Bohol), Marjorie Evasco, joined over a hundred wordsmiths from around the world at the Poetry Parnassus in Southbank Center, part of the Cultural Olympiad celebrating the London 2012 Games.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
