Woman carrying sick baby enters doctor's office. Doc: "Bottlefed?" Woman: "Breastfed po." (Doctors squeezes woman's breasts repeatedly) Doc: "Ayan ang problema, wala kang gatas, eh." Woman: "Yaya lang po ako doc! Yaya!"
