Japan's Pola Orbis Holdings Inc. <4927> said Monday that it will acquire H2O Plus Holdings LLC, a midsize U.S. cosmetics company, for 91 million dollars.

The Japanese cosmetics company will buy all outstanding shares in Illinois-based H20 Plus in early July.
