Why People Skip Breakfast?

Why do people more commonly skip breakfast than any other meal, considering that this is the time when the stomach is emptiest?

walay gana para sa uban kay sayo pa ikaon but sa uban pud, its a misconception nga maniwang ka which is the opposite ang mahitabo.......

no time. just no time.

i wake up at about 6 am. i have to be at work by 7. traffic and the drive usually takes 30-40 minutes.

if i am lucky, i can get 1 power bar in while im driving.

i'm lucky if i can have a 'decent' breakfast during weekends when i'm off. :(

People skip breakfast because they wake up late because they sleep late because they eat a heavy dinner because they work hard in the afternoon because they are unproductive in the morning because they skip breakfast.
