Illegal haulers nabbed

DANAO, Bohol. Bohol Environmental Management Office (BEMO) team apprehended some three cubic meters of river sand illegally extracted from barangay Sta. Fe, this town.

Ernesto Gambi, driver of the sand-loaded truck failed to present documents and receipts to the apprehending team led by Amancio Llorente, Amancio Sumampong and Roel Batiller.

Violation of R.A 7942 will be filed against the suspect.
