How do I pray properly so that it takes effect instantly?

Dili man tanan nasapian nag-ampo. Prayer is seeking God's will so that our personal decisions in life will be aligned to it. Kung dili kabubut-on sa Diyos nga maadunahan ta, dili gyud ta maadunahan. But we should pray and discern if it's God's will for us to be rich, and work for it. The poor can have simple pleasures, the rich can have great pressures...  It's God who decides what we can handle and what's best for us.

There is no definite way or exact procedure nor guidelines how to have an effective prayer,  it is a complex activity, it associates all aspects in our life, social, emotional, physical among others.   you can pray or communicate God anywhere,  everywhere and anytime but we cannot demand God to have an outright result of what we prayed for.  God may  answer  our prayers  without our knowledge,  it may be indirectly or directly. Sometimes we can find the answers deep inside our hearts.

Importante lang siguro sa kinabuhi sa tawo nga magpuyo nga malinawon, naningkamot  ta sa pagpakabuhi  subay sa IYANG kabubut-on, wala ta manglupig o mamintaha sa atong  isig ka tawo uban  ang paningkamot nga tabangan o buligan sa KAHITAS-AN atong panikaysikay ning silong sa kalibutan. lest be contented of what you have, live within your limits....

I remember words from Og Mandino that "if you aim high, aim the moon, rather than aiming the eagle and hitting only the rock"... di nato basulon ang Ginoo sa panghitabo sa atong kinabuhi kay usahay ang problema kita lang ang nagbuhat, nevertheless, God will not forsake to those who seek HIM in PRAYER... when there's seems to be no way...God will make a way - Don Moen..

Naa jud hinuoy sitwasyon nga kinahanglan ang instant effect sa pag-ampo. Sama ani nga estorya:

Once upon a time there was a priest. He was driving down the road and his car broke down. He got out and started walking. Soon, he came to a farm. He asked the farmer if he could borrow a horse. The farmer agreed, but warned: "Sir, this is no ordinary horse. You have to say 'Thanks, God' to make it go, and 'Amen' to make it stop". The priest said "Oh, that's easy, I'm a priest. So he jumped on the horse and said, "Thanks, God!" and the horse took off down the road. About an hour down the road (close to his destination), a rattlesnake came out in front of the horse, and the horse, rather startled turned and ran off the road, through the woods, straight for a cliff. The priest forgot what to say, so he said a prayer, and at the end of the prayer, of course, he said "Amen". Screech!! The horse stopped right at the edge of the cliff! The priest looked down and sees the seemingly bottomless ravine thousands of feet down... and yelled out, "Thanks, God!!!!"
