Attending Simbang Gabi for 9-straight days and having "painit" after every mass.  The chaos and fun of being with my huge family in Bohol.  Putting up our Christmas tree made of twigs and adorned with papers, candies (not really candies but stones wrapped with empty/used candy wrappers) and perla soap suds (to look like snow).
