Wall Street rose on Tuesday after minutes from the September meeting of the Federal Reserve showed the central bank was prepared to ease monetary policy.

Although the possibility of U.S. economy sliding back to a recession is small, the U.S. "output growth, and the associated progress in reducing the level of unemployment, could be slow for some time," the Fed said in the minutes released Tuesday.

The central bank said it was prepared to take further moves to jump-start the sagging U.S. economy if needed.

The Dow Jones average rose 10.06 points, or 0.09 percent, to 11, 020.40. The S&P 500 was up 4.45 points, or 0.38 percent, to 1,169. 77 and the Nasdaq composite rose 15.59 points, or 0.65 percent, to 2,417.92. (PNA/Xinhua)
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. - John 3:16-18
