a better question would be 'how did filipino videoke users ever believe that they're worth listening to'?

hinayi nang volume oy aron dili makadungog ang ubang tawo nimo. >:(

puwera sa maayo mokanta, nga sa malas talagsaon ra ni sila mogamit ug videoke, makabuang baya gyod ning videoke in the philippine setting.  worse, nganong kusgon man gyod ang volume anang mokanta ug videoke?  kini bayang makadungog tag mokantag yabag ug pila ko oras kay labdan baya tag ulo.     

pasado alas dos na sa kaadlawon diri, di ko makatulog kay buto-buto pa ang upat ka videoke nga puro yabag ang mangantahay, puro pa gyod hubog.  kalami ihilak.  kun mahimo pa lang mamusil na lag tawo... unahon gyod nako ang videoke singers. :o :'(

oldataym.  nakaporke lang kay naa man god sa sulod sa tiyan sa drinker ang drink.  kinahanglan ko pa bang sandayongan ang tiyan aron mobugwak ang drink?  :(

thanks for the info, raldampong and vistabel.  bert del rosario then.  surely, he didn't mean for his invention to be used in vain by singers who cannot really sing.  (maaypa maminaw sa recordings ni fr chic or hear the soundless music of the words of tb posts.  they rock!)

KARAOKE is a 1960s Japanese invention which from the words KARA (which means "empty") and OKEsutora (which means, "orchestra")... pero Pinoy daw nagpa-patent a decade after it was supposedly invented (1970s). Mao nga karon ang KARAOKE becames what it is now, KARAOKE (meaning, kanta sa mga KARAWIX), bwahahaha!!!  ;D
