Weird Cars and Odd Vehicles - 2010 Car Show

Team EVI's WAVE 2 looks like a car crossed with a UFO. But its designers say this contender for the $10 million Automotive X Prize can be mass produced and get 100 miles per gallon.

That slender car may look like a Photoshop trick... but it's actually Commuter Cars' Tango, an ultra-narrow electric vehicle on display at the 2010 North American International Auto Show in Detroit.

I don't know anyone who'll feel intimidation at the site of the Police EV electric vehicle from CT&T... but maybe that's not such a bad thing.

Some electric cars are so small they can barely be called cars. The 2010 Triac, a three-wheeled vehicle that looks more like a covered motorcycle, but it can go up to 120 miles on a single charge with a top speed of 80 mph.

Hybrids are known more for their fuel economy than speed and style... but the Verde Supercar by Revenge Designs aims to change that. This $190,000 car can get 110 mpg while getting speeds of 200 mph.


No auto show would be complete without some eye candy. The Saleen S7 is a hand-built performance car capable of well over 200mph. Prices start at well over half a million dollars.

I love to watch car show like this the more unique thier shape the more interesting to me.

Yes! This thing would run around and cleans,when it bumps into something it moves away  :)It drives her crazy because its noisy.
