jenny, i'll have the cat hands down.  at least, the cat can accept the handsome husband.  that's some cat.  he has no racial prejudice (or species prejudice if race is not the issue here).  since this handsome husband cannot accept the cat, he should remain with you because you know best how to give him the proper punishment.
Republic Act 8485 (Animal Welfare Act of 1998, Philippines), as amended and strengthened by House  Bill 6893 of 2013--- violation means a maximum of P250,000 fine with a corresponding three-year jail term and a minimum of P30,000 fine and six months imprisonment

jenny, my husband loves cats, the reason why i have to scratch him now and then.  lucky husband, he's twice as handsome as yours.  the cat will have no problem accepting him.
