No. I may have said some things to her, but I did not mean it, I have never hated any of my xloves because the truth is that I am not the hating type. Despite the veneer of work and conservative strictness--I have a soft heart, a forgiving one, and one that loves. I let things go by the end of the day. Di lang ko mo say sa other person. Besides, forgiveness is a personal atonement.

In regards to this question, which I think is rather poignant,..I may have had differences with an xlove in regards to our situation and our paths. But one thing is clear--that I loved them enough to let them go. When you love someone..you care about them, their directions in life, their situations, are considerate of their feelings and not just your own. This took a while for me to harness and tap on, but I did.

When you love someone, you have a general understanding of their person, their wants, needs, and perhaps, if it does not invove you anymore..then, one has to understand their view and accept it.

You see, when you do truly love a person, you care for them so much that you could not bear to see them in pain (with you or without you). And just have to let them go. That's the beauty of an understanding Love.

My xgf in college to this day still hates me. The last time we talked, she told me this. And when asked why , she was relentless in her anger. From listening to her, she was angry because I moved on too fast.

My last comment to her was that it was she who called it off.



I still love her, perhaps the fire is not fire red as it was before, but she still holds a special place in my heart. Even tho she hates me, i can admit that I still love her.
