They have elected last termer Mayor (Dr.) Yul Lopez' younger brod as their new mayor convincingly over his uncle opponent, Atty. Inocentes Lopoez.  Dr. Lloyd Lopez and his vice mayoralty tandem encumbent Vice Mayor Ladeza will take over as the new administrators of their LGU starting June.

Dugang kasayuran sa Loon:

Ang mga midaug pagka Konsehal: (not sure on the order of highest vote obtained)

Ricky Masamayor
Josephat Palma
Narciso Neri
Ignacio Castil
Timoteo Legitimas
Precila Valenzuela
Damaso Pasilbas
Manuel Veloso

P. S.: Dr. Yul Lopez appears to be the leading Provincial Kagawad from the latest tally results.

History tells us that Yul topped the board member race despite his being in the opposition. He might run for Congress next year if there are no hitches. Lloyd may run for mayor next year without any opponent, unless there is somebody hungry for money from the admin's national allotment for its local candidates.
