Yes, not really.  It depends if the job you have makes you feel successful and that you and your family are happy and peaceful.  One can have a job and still feel miserable.

but for me, we are the same answer not really 'coz as for me once i have good income and good family i still striving para sa uban nga mga kaisoonan o uban tao.

     blessed assurance that the Lord  has forgiven me
     and someday I will be with the Lord in heaven
     walking in the streets of gold,
