Our beloved province had been stagnating for sometime. There are super beaches but the locals in general does not profit from it. The infrastructure is still miserable and the presence of NPA is astoundingly high.
Inspite of this we still hold our head high and say this is my home sweet home, we must progress!

What if people who needs change would conduct fund raising to bribe those crook politicians not to run in the election. Bribe money will be given only after the election.

Politicians bribe and people will also bribe. Its fire against fire you know and money talks.

The extra money, if there is any will be spent for scholarships to future leaders. These future leaders are the hope.

Actually, I am more than 15 years living outside the country and I don't know anymore about Philippine politics. The above is only my imagination.
