How do you deal with annoying people?

Okay. Im sure everyone of us here has come across rather annoying individuals in your life. So how do you deal with them?


As for me, I tend to engage them. I don't cower down nor do I give up when I know I am correct. If I have a problem with them, I will address it properly, and will rectify the situation to the best of my ability.
