Location: At former IPI facility along Pope John Paul II Avenue

The 3rd project by Rockwell Land in Cebu is set to rise in a property owned by IPI in Kasambagan, Cebu City.

The upcoming mixed-use project will be developed through a joint venture between Rockwell and Internation Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Rockwell's first mixes-use property is a 2.8 hectare community with residential condominiums and commercial, retail and office components
