Samar always saves us from havoc. Samar provinces shield the rest of the Visayas and Mindanao from typhoons. We should be more loving to the people from Samar.

yeh. samar has alot of natural resources and white sand beaches.. yet economy and tourism growth is too slow here.. ironic. the same mountains who blocks as from the strong typhoon winds might also be the hindrance to samar's growth.
