Looks like a common road here in the US.

Travelling to davao thru Buda in the mid 90s was such a trouble due to its bumpy road but I still loved it due to the nice scenic view.  Just love it!  And what's so amazing is that, you can still be in the forested and very remote area and you are already in Davao City! :D
