I have seen worst than this in Manila!  This is not bad at all compared to those remote places in Tondo, Muntinlupa or in Pasig.

with this kind of improper practices and worst this was also done somewhere in other

yes. cebu, in terms of crime rate, is trying to catch up with manila. dli lang kay k******n or tulison te. asin pusilon pa after. mga brutal na cla. crime rate soared when the vigilantes here stopped working. hehe

Actually it is one of the reasons you will not see me wearing bare feet in sandals or plippers fli flopping my footsie tootsies around piking up on all sorts of bugs and viruses ou there as we know there is feces of all types from both animals and human speceis as well............Yick it pick it flick it but do not throw it on me Ewwwwwwwwwwww!
