PSE suspends trading on Tuesday due to bad weather

(Updated 8:14 a.m.) - Trading at the Philippine Stock Exchange and clearing and settlement at the Securities Clearing Corporation of the Philippines are suspended on Tuesday, the PSE announced.

This superceded PSE's earlier advisory Tuesday.

"Please be advised that we are recalling our earlier announcement due to the recent announcement of suspension of clearing and settlement operations in the banking system. There will be no trading at the PSE and no clearing and settlement at the SCCP today, August 20, 2013. There will be no trading and clearing/settlement at PSE/SCCP today, August 20. This supercedes our ealier advisory," PSE announced on its Twitter account.
