The one who has hurt you by betrayal cannot remove your pain by his remorse and repentance. Since he is the pain giver he cannot be the pain reliever.

Who then can remove your pain after having been betrayed?

no one else except you yourself. How?

Accept the reality that in life sometime we do get betrayed. Remember Jesus was also betrayed.

Accept that something in your life has been broken. Let God repair your heart by being constantly grateful for God's kindness to you.

Accept the truth that you can never forget the betrayal But believe that one day the pain of remembrance will not be as searing as it is today. It will ultimately disappear.

Learn to accept again the repentant offender. that will do you wonders. no one can ease up your pain except you yourself.

i dont understand why there are people who act as if si kinsa na sila. naa koy silingan, white,american bread,  nag pa build ug vinyl fence. nangutana ko kong pilay gasto. sir, how much is the cost for your fence because i would like to put up a fence like yours. gi ingnan man lang ko, dont even think about it. you cannot afford it. na looy ko sa ahong kaugalingon. mora ko ug na hilis. ijang tanaw man gud naho, sobra pa sa makililimos. kay tanawa ra ning ahong hitsura.

wala koy neighbor nga pinoy. i know my neighbors just by their faces. some by their first name only.

i dont socialize with my neighbors. i dont tell them who i am. dinhi ra ko sa tbnation mag gara gara.
